Rachel Dedes

Director of Community Programs

Adult Day Services has two main goals.  One for the caregivers to know that their loved one is well cared for, safe and having a good time.  Two for the guests who attend the program to have a great day.

Rachel has spent the last 13 years assisting individuals with cognitive loss and their caregivers. She earned her bachelor’s degree from WMU and then completed a master’s degree in social work at GVSU.

“The best part of my day is getting to see the guests having a good time, sharing stories and laughing.  I am continually impressed by the staff, their  dedication, compassion, and their ability to have fun every day with the guests.  I am fortunate to be a part of Adult Day Services at Oakland Centre.”
